How does the mini WiFi camera work?

Connect the camera to your home WiFi with the free mobile app. After that you can watch live, receive motion alerts and play back recordings from anywhere.

Do I need a memory card?

To save recordings on the camera, insert a microSD card. A memory card is not included.

Does the camera have night vision?

No. This version works best in daylight or in rooms with lighting.

What does the in-ear sound amplifier do?

It picks up the sound around you and makes it louder, for example during conversations, meetings or while watching TV. It sits completely inside the ear canal, so it's barely visible. It does not connect to phones, radios or other devices.

Is the sound amplifier a hearing aid?

No. It's a personal sound amplifier, not a hearing aid or medical device. If you experience hearing loss, please consult a doctor or audiologist.

Should I choose left, right or a pair?

Choose the ear you want to use it in, or order a pair to use in both ears.

Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. See Shipping & Returns for details.

Can I return my order?

Customers in the EU can return products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, in-ear products can only be returned with the seal intact.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Customers in the EU are covered by the statutory 2-year legal guarantee against defects. Contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out.

Responsible use

Is it legal to use a security camera?

Using a camera to secure your own property is legal in most countries, but rules apply. Never record people in private spaces, and inform staff or visitors where local law requires it. Read our Responsible Use page.
