Free tracked shipping
We offer free tracked shipping on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.

Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Some products ship from a warehouse within the EU and may arrive sooner. During busy periods, delivery can occasionally take a little longer.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that it can take a few days before tracking information becomes visible.

Multiple products
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Where we ship
We ship to the Netherlands, all EU countries and selected countries worldwide. Customs duties or import taxes outside the EU, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
